About Me



Hi, I'm Lauren. I am a qualified integrative counsellor offering online sessions.
My journey into counselling began through volunteering with multiple organisations including ChildLine, my local food bank, and Time to Talk UK. Volunteering allowed me to be there to support someone who was struggling and I felt like I had found my purpose.

I'm a Mum and when I experienced the huge life transition of welcoming a baby, I started to feel like I had lost myself. I have lived through the massive adjustment, identity shift and emotional overwhelm that comes with new motherhood and made it out the other side. My own experience is one of the reasons that I am so passionate about holding space for others whose light may have dimmed while bringing life into the world.

Living with chronic illness has given me another layer of empathy and insight. I understand the frustration, the fatigue, and the quiet strength it takes to face each day and I bring that compassion into my work with every client.

Counselling isn’t about being "fixed", because you're not broken. It’s about having someone to walk alongside you, offer support and help you reconnect with who you are.

In therapy, I aim to create a space where you can reconnect with your voice, explore what matters to you, and move toward the changes you want to make, however big or small they may be.

I have worked with some clients for 6 weeks and some for over 6 months - you choose what feels right for you.
